About
I design product experiences end to end: from user research and flows through to the component library that makes them real. I care about the unglamorous parts — empty states, error copy, loading behaviour — because that is where trust is won or lost. Most recently I led the redesign of a self-serve onboarding flow that lifted activation by 22%.
